At Lawnguard, we take pride in supplying high-quality lawn care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

2.Return Process

Before sending a product back, please contact our team at [insert contact email/phone] to arrange a return authorization.
Once approved, returns should be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lawnguard is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3.Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

4.Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
In these cases, Lawnguard will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping.

5.Sale or Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

6.Exchanges
